I provide website and marketing support to a range of businesses and organizations - either directly to clients, or as a subcontractor to marketing firms and/or technology solution providers (IT service providers). I've been doing this in one form or another since 1996 with a focus on serving the needs of regionally-based companies/organizations in western Massachusetts.

My work ranges from from short-term "fix-its" to long-term, ongoing relationships working with website "owners" who rely on their web presence as a dynamic part of their company's overall strategy.

I value usability and accessibility over bells and whistles. I believe in respecting the user's/visitor's needs and preferences and that a "good" site represents the owner accurately while helping the visitor/customer get their "business" done efficiently - whether that job involves accessing information, contacting the company or making a purchase.
